Services Offered:
- The services offered include housekeeping (home cleaning) and preventive maintenance.
Contract Duration:
- By accepting the package for any of our services, the client is committed for a specific period, which may be annual or another agreed-upon period.
Payments:
- By accepting our home cleaning, preventive maintenance services or extra services, the client agrees that all services must be paid at the time of their completion.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Once the service package is accepted, no cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
Services by Appointment:
- Services will be provided by appointment. Atlas Clean will schedule appointments in advance.
Maintenance Frequency:
- Preventive maintenance will be carried out according to the agreed-upon frequency, which may be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or as otherwise stipulated in the contract.
Customer Responsibility:
- The customer is responsible for providing safe and appropriate access to areas requiring service.
- The customer must inform us of any changes in service requirements in advance.
Service Guarantee:
- The quality of the services provided is guaranteed. In case of dissatisfaction, the customer must contact us to resolve the issue.
Contract Modifications:
- We reserve the right to make modifications to the terms and conditions of the contract with prior notification to the customer.
Applicable Law:
- These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the service is provided.
By accepting our services, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.
